Before the photoshoot sessions, we scheduled in-person interviews with each one of the team members as we wanted to understand their roles in the company, daily activities, beliefs, strengths, and why they do what they do. Helping us cross all the business and product information we had previously gathered from their stakeholders. That way, we could align with the product they were building. This Understanding and Discovery phase was crucial to tell their story.
